Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist members at our Junction Road branch, representing UW Credit Union.
- Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
- Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
- Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
- Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
- Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
- Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
- Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
Qualifications:
What You'll Need to Succeed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Confidence with cash handling and transactions
- Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
- Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment
