We are looking for a Veterinarian to join our privately owned, multi-doctor practice in a great area of Brooklyn, New York. We provide an ideal environment for our Veterinarians to practice quality medicine and have the work/life balance they deserve.We are a well-established veterinary team of Doctors providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care within three locations in Brooklyn. Practicing quality medicine and taking care of our patients is our priority, so we see 30 minute appointments and have a high Tech-to-Doctor ratio which has been maintained throughout COVID. Our Veterinarians have flexibility with their schedules and can adjust their caseloads to ensure that they are practicing quality medicine and providing our patients with excellent care.We take work/life balance very seriously. We are closed on holidays and doctors are not expected to have any after hours time on call. Our Doctors work one Saturday shift per every 4 weeks and start with four weeks' vacation which increases over time.Our facilities include a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house digital x-ray and digital dental x-ray, in-house Idexx catalyst lab machines, ultrasound, and up-to-date diagnostic/monitoring equipment. We see primarily dogs and cats and for those Doctors who are interested, we also have an exotic/avian practice.If you are a new graduate, we have an 18 month program that provides you the growth and support for you to thrive as a veterinarian. You will have another veterinarian assisting you in surgery until you are confident, daily rounds with a senior veterinarian, and your shifts will be working with other veterinarians who can assist you with any questions about your cases.We are currently seeking a Veterinarian who enjoys veterinary medicine as much as we do.
