POSITION SUMMARY:

Evening/Overnight Security Officer is a full time employee of Hodnett Cooper Homeowners Association Management, Inc. which is responsible for multiple properties on St. Simons Island.

Overnight Security Officer and Property Patrol Staff are to provide support to all Hodnett Cooper Homeowners Association Management properties. The Overnight Security Officer will be charged with the responsibility to work regularly scheduled shifts within the Property Patrol team and report on: Checkpoint review, camera review, resident assistance, drop off deliveries, disturbance mediation and an activity log.

• Community Check Point Review
• Resident Assistance
• Afterhours drop off deliveries
• Report Maintenance Issues
• Camera Review
• Disturbance Mediation
• Activity Log

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be dependable and timely
• Must have a valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Outgoing Character, Proactive and flexible
• Previous experience in guest service, security, or other related fields

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $19.00
