In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on major automobile clients while completing 1800 billable hours per year.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, including insurance litigation, defense, personal injury, or any other practice area experience and a bar license to practice in California. The ideal candidate will be experienced in lemon law defense and have experience working with big automotive clients.
This position is 100% remote across California, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work. As a Remote Lemon Law Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on lemon law defense strategies.
