Job Description:

Needed: Business Development Manager with a focus on Health Savings Accounts (HSA) sales. You will fuel business expansion by pinpointing new opportunities and building robust partnerships. You will offer HSA solutions to clients in the financial services and employee benefits arenas. Compensation and Benefits for the Business Development Manager:

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
  • Create and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue in the HSA sector, concentrating on new business acquisition and account growth.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients and partners, such as HR leaders, brokers, and financial institutions, to advocate for HSA products and services.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiations with potential clients, customizing proposals to address their specific needs and securing high-value contracts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
Qualifications for the Business Development Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in financial services, healthcare, or employee benefits.
  • Demonstrated success in selling HSA or benefits-related products.
  • Strong understanding of HSA regulations and advantages.
