Fully Remote Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Part-time 20 hours per weekGreat opportunity for licensed providers with 1-3+ years of experienceWe are seeking a skilled and empathetic remote counselor to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering virtual therapy services to adults of diverse backgrounds, ages, and mental health needs. As a remote counselor, you will have the flexibility to work from home while providing exceptional care to clients in our transitional and residential treatment programs across the organization. You will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will conduct biopsychosocial evaluations for admissions as needed session as needed. While the remote hours are flexible, there may be required routine hours to meet the needs of our clients.Who We AreThe Southeastern Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. SCADD is committed to keeping the community informed and involved.Transitional Treatment ProgramsSCADD's Transitional Programs are designed to assist and support men and women in their recovery. The program affords individuals the opportunity to apply learned recovery skills, prevent relapse, and promote personal responsibility. Residents in these house settings are able to reintegrate into educational, vocational, familial, and social structures.
  • Individualized treatment planning
  • Relapse prevention through group and individual counseling
  • Integration into the workforce
  • Case coordination with primary care, mental health providers and recovery coaches
  • Involvement with community activities, including local recovery meetings from a variety of pathways
Requirements
  • Fully licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) and available for at least 20 hours per week
  • Licensed in CT
  • 1-3+ years of experience
Compensation$50.00 an hour
