- BS/BA degree with a concentration in accounting and active pursuit of CPA
- 3+ years of auditing experience with a public accounting firm
- A service mentality and a thorough understanding of accounting debits and credits along with audit risk areas
- Ability to work independently on assignments and address issues or questions with your engagement manager or partner
- Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills along with attention to detail
- Understand full engagement management process including client expectations, able to leverage your manager's time well
- Ability to build relationships with client staff
- Encourage open dialogue and ongoing team communication
- Open to learning and practicing effective presentation skills both verbally and written
- Learn and employ best practice supervision techniques and use team resources effectively
- Research and propose ideas to increase innovation and efficiency
- Identify training needs and develop team members
- Understand risks and ensure compliance with firm policy
- Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Pro F/X is a plus
