HOW A FUNCTIONAL ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Analyzes user needs, performs research and functional analysis on projects within our Service Delivery organization (i.e. on-site support). Will work with customers to coordinate the provision of Service Desk services and Monitoring services. Meet with the customer to understand needs and requirements, engineers/architects to understand level of effort and technical limitations, operations leadership to facilitate hiring resources, and project management office to facilitate conversations around costs for various services. Manage new customer projects from beginning to the end, communicating with customers throughout the process. Provide support and oversight of each project, coordinating approvals for service changes, decommissioning services as needed, and working with the customer to ensure funds exist for continued support of the project. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
