Job title: Functional ERP Analyst - Oracle Fusion

Location-zipcode & Travel:

  • Onsite 5 days per week. Flexible for remote work when sick or if you have to take care of kids, etc. 540 Minnesota Avenue Kansas City, Kansas 66101
  • Work hours: 8:30-4:30pm core business hours are required. Choice of working 7:30-4:30, 8-5, 8:30-5:30

Start date: ASAP

PR: $110k-$140k

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (non-negotiable)
  • 2+ years of strong functional finance experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or any similar application (NetSuite, SAP, Workday)
  • Must have experience with finance portions of those ERPs
  • Experience working with gathering business requirements from Finance, Accounting, Procurement stakeholders and working with development teams to ensure those requirements/functionality additions/upgrades are met
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to pull data and generate reports
  • Must reside in Wyandotte County or be willing to relocate there within 1 year of employment (can get extended to 2 years after employment)
  • Ability to pass a drug screening which includes Marijuana

Day to day: Insight Global is seeking a Functional ERP Analyst for the Oracle Fusion application for a company local to Kansas City. The Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Start the day by reviewing system performance and addressing any overnight issues or alerts related to Oracle Fusion and other ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to gather and understand their business requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that these requirements are translated into functional enhancements or upgrades within the ERP system.
  • Utilize SQL to pull data and generate reports, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that users encounter, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to new users, helping them navigate the ERP system effectively.
  • Document all processes, changes, and solutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
