This is a position with grade 15 This position reports to VicePresident of Operations,Energy Indus Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services. The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries division in Automation & Electrification. You will be mainly accountable for: Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas of improvement. Developing training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provides effective support. Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree in administration or related field from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of experience Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
