Baxton Studio Outlet, a rapidly growing furniture distributor, is seeking retail sales associates for our Lombard, IL showroom. Great income potential and advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
Our Furniture & Mattress Sales Associate welcome customers into our stores and assist with making furniture and mattress selections. They encourage the customer to make a purchase and provide an exceptional customer experience. Other duties include: Phone and email marketing, checking stock, entering orders, scheduling deliveries and maintaining a showroom.
**Furniture & Mattress Sales Associate Requirements**
1 years or more of customer service and/or retail sales;
Be a team player;
Possess good communication skills. In person and phone;
Have a positive and winning attitude;
Must be comfortable with a PC including outlook and a web-based point of sale;
Able to work a typical retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays;
Furniture, mattress, or phone sales experience a plus!
Must pass a background check.
