While expanding our brand over the past few years, we have brought tea and information about tea to homes across the nation. Through our personal touch, we have grown a reputation for providing outstanding service, both in-store and online.Our FacilityWe are a small but growing warehouse with an intimate, friendly work environment. Our employees are tasked with working on team-building projects through the picking, packing and shipping process of online orders – but also are required to work well on independent projects.ResponsibilitiesFollow all policies and procedures in processing, picking, and packing daily ecommerce orders.Follow all policies and procedures in processing tea and managing inventory.Assist in periodic warehouse wide inventory counts.Assist in checking in and accounting for inbound shipments - Lift and carry 50+ lb. boxesEnsure that workspaces are clean and tidy.Provide any feedback on issues with current processing or performance barriers to management.Additional assistance with projects may be required as needed.QualificationsMust be consistently available Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM (Hours may expand in November & December)Must have the ability to communicate and work as a team with staff and management. Communication would require raising issues to management, the ability to be friendly to colleagues, and the ability to take accountability when there are errors.Must have attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to weigh items accurately.Must have good calculation and basic math skills.Being able to work in Google Sheets or Excel spreadsheets is a bonus.Equipment and MachineryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all machinery used daily.
