Our applications utilize the latest low latency technology and DevOps approaches to deliver highly scalable technology solutions. The applications are used globally by Front Office quants and traders and enterprise risk systems and are critical to TD's client pricing and trading activities. This is a global team with engineers in Toronto, London, and New York.Position OverviewThe FX E-Trading Technology Team is looking for a senior-level (VP) software engineer in New York City to work on strategic low latency pricing and trading applications for the global FX trading desks at TD Securities. The ideal candidate has the following skillsets and experience:Hands-on experience in FX market makingHands-on experience in graph or complex-event-processor based pricing algorithmsSuperior software skills in Java8+.Demonstrated experience in hands-on development and deployment of major components into production trading systemsSuperior analysis and debugging skills in support of active production trading operationsWorks well in an Agile team settingCan discuss problems and solutions with technologists, quants, trading business leadsFamiliar with current dev-ops tools and best practices.
