Productivity and performance bonuses.Sign-On Bonus of $5,000 after 90 days of employment.Benefits package includes major medical, dental, and 401K (available for employees working over 30 hours/week)Paid Time Off.Clinic and corporate mentorship.Continuing education.Opportunities for professional development and leadership.Primary Responsibilities Include:Learn and utilize the FYZICAL proprietary treatment methodology.Examine and evaluate new patients.Establish a diagnosis of condition(s) and their impact on activity.Establish plans, goals, and time frames.Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises.Measure and track intervention effectivenessEducate the patient on continuing care.Lead and supervise PTAs, ATCs, technicians, and students.Successful Candidates Must Have:Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Passion for learning and working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient patients.
