Your performance will be measured by tangible outcomes that reflect the effectiveness of our initiatives. A Day In The Life Of Our Galaxy Program Manager:
Strategic Program Development and Execution: - Partner with executives to conceptualize and execute comprehensive programs aligned with Noah Medical's strategic objectives.
- Customize programs in collaboration with Key Account Directors to address the specific needs of individual hospitals.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with hospital executives to gain insights into their priorities and challenges.
- Ensure alignment between program objectives and hospital strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, integrating program initiatives into overarching business strategies.
- Meticulous Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful program implementation.
- Data-Driven Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of program effectiveness, soliciting feedback from stakeholders to drive enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Training and Support:
- Collaborate with the Training team to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for hospital staff.
- Provide ongoing support to address inquiries and challenges during program implementation. About You:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or customer success, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Prior experience managing customer relationships to drive successful customer outcomes and acting as a customer advocate within an organization.
