The Pennsylvania Game Commission is seeking an experienced and dependable Game Lands Maintenance Worker 1 to provide valuable upkeep and preservation services within our beautiful State Game Lands. DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Game Lands Maintenance Worker 1, you will perform semi-skilled duties and assist with various tasks such as the maintenance, repair, and construction of bridges, roads, parking areas, gates, posting signs, ranges, and more. This position assists with equipment maintenance, signage, and surveying new game land tracts. You will also assist with a multitude of habitat management tasks and complete mowing duties to include border cuts and access trail maintenance for outdoor recreationalists. Additional duties may include nursery production through the securing of seeds, and the pruning and releasing of fruit and nut trees, shrubs, and vines for wildlife food enhancement
