Game Master
We are looking to hire a new team member to join our team!
What we want:
- Punctual and willing to work flexible hours. Punctuality is EXTREMELY important. It is better to be 5 minutes early than 5 minutes late.
- Live in the South Bay area. Candidates ideally are a 5-10 minute commute away from the store location. Maximum 15 minute commute.
- Able to work weekends (especially Saturdays).
- A team player and willing to cover for other team members in emergency situations.
- Friendly and customer-service oriented.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Basic keyboard typing skills (40 wpm+).
What you do:
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and check them in.
- Provide full game briefing and rules.
- Monitor, assist, and reset games.
- Debrief with group to bring their experience to an end (VERY important!).
- Take reservations, process payments, and take customer photos.
- Check every game to ensure all props are in working order.
- Promote our other rooms.
- Provide the best experience for all our guests.
- General cleaning: vacuuming, taking out the trash, cleaning the restroom, keeping the store organized and tidy.
