This position oversees the daily operations of the garage and truck wash/sanitizing area to ensure that the Company has a safe and efficient fleet which remains in compliance with all applicable DOT regulations and state and local laws as well as Biosecurity measures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manages the staff including time management, training, progressive discipline, reasonable suspicion, scheduling, and assignments to keep the garage and truck Assigns and/or performs weekly Preventive Maintenance (PM) Perform state inspection of all company vehicles before sticker expirations.Daily-Reviews Driver Inspection reports, PM sheets, State Inspection sheets, Daily-Enters repair orders, charge labor, parts and close work orders. Daily-files driver reports and work orders for DOT regulations and renewal. Daily-approve ETime, FMLA and vacationsDaily stay in compliance with(Fleet Safety Coordinator) for DOT regulations Daily-schedules work for three shifts
