Job Description:

Our client in the electronics/Manufacturing industry is seeking a Gas and Chemical Technician to join their team. As a Technician Gas & Chemical, you will be part of the onsite Project and equipment team supporting the gas and chemical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Job Title: Gas & Chemical Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 12+ Months contract

What's the Job?

  • Support and lead the technical demands of the site gas or chemical equipment
  • Ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures, emergency preparedness, and drive flawless execution
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution for gas, chemical, and slurry equipment
  • Support and lead the technical challenges for the distribution equipment of various types and vendors
  • Perform cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment

What's Needed?

  • Comprehensive knowledge of gas or chemical applications in wafer fabrication and emergency response
  • Ability to write, edit, and execute operating and maintenance procedures
  • Commitment to a ZERO safety or quality incident culture
  • Experience with installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of gas and chemical systems
  • Capability of performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment
