sustainability and inclusivity are core to our success, and are committed to delivering on both. As a Gas Utility Relight Technicians, you are an integral member of our utility crews servicing, repairing, maintaining, installing and trouble-shooting Natural Gas lines and equipment.
Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm, potential overtime *This position will provide a company vehicle and gas card* What You'll Do - Repair, maintain, install, and trouble-shoot problems concerning natural gas
- Relight residential customer gas service; perform hot changes and pressure test
- Prepare work orders and other necessary paperwork utilizing devices such as iPad, mobile phone, and laptop
- Ensure proper maintenance is conducted for all tools, equipment and vehicles
- Attend safety meetings
- Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications
- Other tasks as requested by leadership

Work Environment - Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
- All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
- Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Work is performed within the red zone of heavy equipment
- Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Legal Stuff - Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
