Oversee user fee collection and manage reservations.
Provide prompt service during peak hours and ensure minimal customer wait times.
Maintain the cleanliness and security of the gatehouse.
Conduct regular park inspections and assist with visitor inquiries.
Manage lost and found operations.
Requirements:
Must at least be 21 years old.
Must be stationed at the gatehouse during duty hours.
Both team members are required in the gatehouse during peak times as determined by the lake manager for efficient customer service.
Customer waiting times should be minimized.
