Gateways, Director of Development, ESM - Remote Position

The Director of Development is responsible for planning, organizing and directing all of the Gateways Music Festival's fundraising activities, including the major gifts program, annual fund (individual), institutional giving, special events, planned giving and capital/endowment campaigns. The Director of Development reports to and works closely and in partnership with the President & Artistic Director. Additionally, the Director of Development works closely and in partnership with members of the Board of Directors in all fundraising activities. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning - Takes lead on developing and executing Gateways Music Festival's annual fundraising plan (individual and institutional) and budget for review and approval by the President & Artistic Director and Board of Director's Development Committee.
