Union NON-UNION Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time Open Date 8/7/2024 Closed Date CONTINUOUS UNTIL FILLED Location Genesee County Community Action Resource Department (GCCARD) Warehouse DescriptionSALARY: $15.00/hourMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Six (6) months' experience working with diverse populations.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Willing to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours.Valid Michigan driver's license and a good driving record.GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Deliver products to sites and/or product to client's homes and other locations or required services; works under the direction of the Assistant Manager or designee: performs related duties as required.STATEMENT OF TASKS:* Transports clients and products to appropriate services and places;* Maintains and cleans vehicle;* Completes logs, forms and simple reports.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:* Knowledge of Flint and Genesee County streets and roads;* Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle;* Ability to work with a wide range of clients;* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;* Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;* Ability to attend work regularly and work under stressful conditions;* Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds often;* Ability to work independently, collaboratively and respectfully in a complex, multicultural work environment that values diversity, equity and inclusion.KEEP UP-TO-DATEFollow Genesee County Human Resources and Labor Relations on Facebook and LinkedIn for the latest opportunities to become part of Team Genesee.
