You'll build leadership and technical skills in an engineering manufacturing role, working on challenging, real-world problems and solve for what theworld needs. You will build relationships with interns/co-ops and leaders, and you'll prepare for a potential full-time position after graduation in one of our fantastic leadership programs or direct hire opportunity.You will gain broad exposure to manufacturing with an array of opportunities to apply Lean and Six Sigma principles in a shop operations environment and improve state-of-the-art manufacturing methods.Innovative initiatives would never see the light of day without a dedicated team to deliver them.
