Job Description SummaryThis role is for an High Pressure Turbine (HPT) Systems Module Leader supporting the GE90 & GP programs. The HPT Systems Module Leader will report directly to the GE90/GP Systems Module Subsection Manager and collaborates horizontally with the HPT Lifecycle Engineering, HPT Field & Maintenance Repair Overhaul, Product Support Engineering, Program, Manufacturing, Thermal System Dynamics, Production Technologies, Controlled Title Holder(s), and Systems Engineering Peers.The Systems Module Leader will be responsible for setting priorities, defining requirements, and leading the individual contributors to ensure alignment with program objectives, customer needs, and systems leadership directives. All projects should make use of SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost) and Flight Deck principles.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to empower leadership to manage program risk and make informed strategic decisions for the business.
- Manage projects to optimize resource allocation and meet business objectives.

- Champion standard work. This includes both utilization and continuous improvement.
- Introduces LEAN & Flight Deck process and tools to eliminate waste and optimize execution of assigned tasks and fosters an environment of continuous environment.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design engineering
