As a Geek Squad Agent, youll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions. Well provide the training and resources you need to ask the right questions, listen carefully, take detailed notes and partner with other agents as needed to help customers who visit our stores. Working together, well create a supportive, positive environment for anyone who is facing tech challenges or wants to get more out of their devices. What youll do. Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process. Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
