Job Description
* Duties include inspection, diagnoses, repair, and replacement of general parts and accessories for cars and light trucks
* Perform fluid exchanges, general inspections and maintenance, brake inspection, battery, and electronics work
* Perform a variety of other duties: replacing wiper blades, bulbs, performing test drives
* Focus on building customer relationships and their current and future needs
* Communicate vehicle problems and proposed solutions to customer and/or supervisor
* Keep a clean and safe working environment
Job Requirements:
* Determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations
* Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks including computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repair
* Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair by attending schooling and seminars
* Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives
* Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
* Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety

* Qualifications:
* Automotive repair experience in a professional shop environment is preferred
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Follow company procedures and protocol
