**Location:** Schenectady, NY, US **SUMMARY**

Performs basic clerical duties such as copying data, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting, distributing mail, and other incidental clerical duties. Works under close supervision. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Perform routine clerical assignments in accordance with established procedures and under specific instructions. Proof and record data from various sources. Perform elementary mathematical calculations. Answer telephone inquiries, deliver messages, sort and distribute company mail. Prepare departmental mailings. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

Satisfactory performance reviews. Strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
