Our company is seeking a skilled and dependable General Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to perform a variety of tasks related to construction, such as cleaning and preparing job sites, loading, and unloading materials, and operating hand and power tools. The candidate must be able to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects when needed.

Primary Duties:

• Perform a range of manual labor tasks related to construction, such as carrying materials and tools, digging trenches, and using hand and power tools
• Help prepare job sites by cleaning, removing debris, and setting up equipment
• Operate machinery such as forklifts, bulldozers, and excavators
• Assist in building structures such as walls, roofs, and floors
• Ensure that all construction equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
• Always follow safety guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven experience as a construction laborer
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or more
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and climb for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions
