Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have General Liability Insurance
• Be able to pass background check
• Be friendly, respectful and punctual

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Light electrical work
• Complete general carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair and various tasks
• Light plumbing
• Turn property into rent ready
• Landscaping

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
