Overview:
MARSHALLTOWN is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as their new General Counsel at their Marshalltown, Iowa office. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the General Counsel will be responsible for all aspects of legal at the company. The ideal candidate will be a bright, agile attorney who is ready to join a well-established, innovative, and fast-paced company. Responsibilities for this role include labor & employment matters, commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property, product liability, and compliance.
Experience:
At least ten (10) years of experience as a practicing attorney, with experience in labor & employment, commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property, product liability, and/or government compliance.
Location/Relocation:
This role is located in Marshalltown, Iowa. This is not a remote opportunity; candidates must be willing to live in Marshalltown.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience. The package includes base salary, target bonus, and benefits.
