Duties- Serves as DeCA consultant to interpret and supply advise on construction, maintenance or repair policies and regulations

- Provides support to Agency planning, project programming, design and construction activities for DoD commissaries
- Prepares or monitors the preparation of draft and final, project scope, preliminary cost estimates, and statements of work for Maintenance Contracts
- Serves as Chief lnspector to monitor contractor performance on facility maintenance or repair contracts.
