Your Role:We are seeking a proactive and skilled General Handyman to join our friendly team. In this position, you will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the outstanding care they deserve.
What Youll Do:
- Repairs: Handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in various settings.
- Maintenance: Ensure mechanical systems operate smoothly and perform necessary repairs.
- Cleaning: Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of properties.
- Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
- Renovation: Repair and paint structural components, including doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
- Waste Management: Maintain trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facilities.
- HVAC Services: Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems.
- Tools & Transport: Provide your own transportation and tools for job sites.
- Math Skills: Utilize basic math skills to complete tasks.
- Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Stay organized and effectively address challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in all your work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be accepted).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Flexible availability is important.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- A contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
