Key Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure mechanical systems operate efficiently and perform necessary maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of properties through general cleaning.
- Install and replace flooring, stairs, and plumbing fixtures as required.
- Execute renovation tasks, including repairing and painting structural elements.
- Oversee waste management, ensuring proper disposal and recycling.
- Provide HVAC maintenance and repair services.
- Bring personal tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and team members through effective communication.
- Stay organized and address challenges in a timely manner.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Flexible availability is necessary.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage.
