- Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in commercial and residential settings.
- Ensure mechanical systems are functioning and conduct repairs as needed.
- Carry out general cleaning and maintenance tasks for buildings.
- Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as required.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components.
- Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
- Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems as necessary.
- Own transportation and tools are required.
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Strong communication skills are important.
- Must be well-organized with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven handyman experience is essential.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience may substitute).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Experience with basic hand and power tools.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Flexible availability.
