About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and skilled General Handyman to join our friendly and dedicated team. In this role, you will be essential in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the care and attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs: Handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Maintenance: Ensure the efficient operation of mechanical systems.
• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization of properties.
• Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as necessary.
• Renovation: Repair and paint structural elements like doors and walls.
• Waste Management: Oversee trash and recycling receptacles.
• HVAC Services: Service and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
• Tools & Transport: Bring your own tools and ensure reliable transportation.
• Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Organize and effectively tackle challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience considered).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Flexible availability is important.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
