If you're looking for a job with good pay, flexible hours, and lots of variety, start your application today.Responsibilities•Clean up site•Clean all on-site equipment•Perform yard work, including blowing customer area and trash removal•Operate general site equipment (Blowers, pressure washers)•Check landfill tickets•Spot Customers driving into the transfer station•Perform general office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial work•Perform other job-related duties as assigned•Work overtime and rotating shifts from scheduled start time to scheduled end time•Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace•Participate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings•Experience in a landfill, transfer station, or waste experience is preferred•Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day•Ability to work outside in all weather conditions•Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment•Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen•Other duties as assignedQualifications•Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work•We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED•Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivityCompensation$16 - $18 hourly
