Job Title: CNC OperatorCompensation:
- Trainee Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
- Shift Premium: Additional $2.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Experienced CNC Operators: Competitive wages based on experience
Training Schedule:
- Initial training will take place on the 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) for 4-6 weeks before transitioning to an off shift.
Shift Hours:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

In this position, you will operate various CNC machines, perform quality checks, and help maintain a productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Load and unload equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks using gauges and other measurement tools to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with plant tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or GED required.
