Job Description:
Of essential job functions - Knowledge of product codes and descriptions including case pack configurations. - Visually inspect meat for defects in size or quality and removing defective product from the line. - Pack off finished cases on to pallets in proper tie and high configuration. - Keep work area clean and tidy during production. - At end of shift perform machine wipe down and cover motors with protective plastic. - Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JS - As). - Other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities - Provide on-the-job training to new team members. Minimum requirements - Manual dexterity required for performing job. - Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
