**Job Description**
The Press Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Press Operator. Responsibilities include changing plates, changing inks, helping change over job orders, and conducting quality checks. Quality checks consist of visual inspection and measurement of each product to ensure it meets specifications.

**Work Environment**
Shifts: WTF Wednesday, Thursday, Friday every other Saturday 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM $20+ 8% shift premium. SMT Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other Saturday 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM $20+ 8% shift premium. The printing area can be loud and very hot in the summer. There is a light smell of ink, but after a week of work, people tend to not even notice it. Steel toe shoes are not needed but are totally acceptable. Safety is a major focus with strict rules in place to ensure it. Violations can result in immediate dismissal. Candidates will work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the other
