  • Measures and sets up splines, to prepare for aluminum
  • Moves carts of aluminum from staging area to spline
  • Aluminum extrusions up to 27' long and weighing from 10 pounds to 100 pounds are lifted between two employees from the transport rack to the spline
  • Using air powered wrenches, each piece of aluminum is bolted to the spline
  • Works in pairs and at the direction of the floor lead
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Ability understand and deliver basic commands in English.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
  • Interpersonal skills: Team player, organized, self-starter, adaptable to change, results-oriented, and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Previous experience in a heavy industrial, fast-paced environment.
