Starting Rate of Pay: $18.00Shift Premium: 2nd - $1.50/hour extra
Shifts Available and Hours:Day Shift: (5am-3:30pm)2nd Shift: (9am - 7:30pm)10 hour days, M-F
Job Responsibilities: - Measures and sets up splines, to prepare for aluminum
- Moves carts of aluminum from staging area to spline
- Aluminum extrusions up to 27' long and weighing from 10 pounds to 100 pounds are lifted between two employees from the transport rack to the spline
- Using air powered wrenches, each piece of aluminum is bolted to the spline
- Works in pairs and at the direction of the floor lead
Education and Experience Requirements: - Ability understand and deliver basic commands in English.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
- Interpersonal skills: Team player, organized, self-starter, adaptable to change, results-oriented, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Previous experience in a heavy industrial, fast-paced environment.
