**Duties and Responsibilities:**

The day-to-day duties of the **Fabrication Laborer** may vary, dependent on shop flow. Some of their duties include:

* Material handling utilizing pallet jacks, forklifts, and proper lifting techniques

* Moving material through processes to deburr and remove laser oxide

* Using a press or engraver to place part mark on items

* Read and comprehend written work instructions and follow processes to repeatably and reliably complete tasks

This role would be ideal for someone that has had a background as a material handler, or construction laborer and is wanting to break into the manufacturing skilled trade field. Additionally, there is opportunity to move into different roles within our manufacturing facility. **We will train the right candidate!**

**General Requirements:**

* The Lismac/Rotoblast operator can safely and efficiently load and unload parts from the various equipment types safely and efficiently

* Locate and move material to workstation per specifications/prints/technical drawings

* Properly and effectively use measuring instruments to include tape measure, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.

* Must be able to execute their duties with and without supervision to complete required tasks

* Maintain good housekeeping, clean area, and equipment regularly and conduct lower-level maintenance on equipment

* Cross-train supporting other functions in the shop as needed

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers deadlines are met

* Take pride in everything you do
