This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.What You'll Do:
- Assist with grain handling operations, including loading and unloading trucks, operating grain elevators, and maintaining grain storage facilities.
- Support agronomy operations by assisting with fertilizer and chemical applications, crop scouting, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, such as repairing equipment, cleaning work areas, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate machinery and equipment, such as tractors, forklifts, and other farm implements, following proper procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
- Attend cooperative meetings and work to improve personal skills and knowledge.
