General Laborers Needed

Hours: 1st shift

Location: Stanton, TN

We are looking for a capable and reliable general laborer to join our team. You'll take direction from the project foreman to help prepare job sites, load and unload construction materials, remove debris, assist team members, and perform any other general labor needed to get the job done right. You should be great at following instructions, with a can-do attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs various physical duties as assigned.
• Maintain all safety standards.
• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
• Perform and repeat basic physical tasks like lifting, Loading/unloading, and pushing.
• Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor.
• Moving tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor.

Laborer Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
• Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety
• Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
• Able to perform physical labor for extended periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50-100 pounds
