Location: Mashantucket,CT, USA
Under the direction of the Engineering Shift Manager, the incumbent is responsible for all general maintenance, repair activity, snow removal using heavy ride-on equipment and maintaining sidewalks and egress stairs. Knowledge and ability to assemble and disassemble office furniture configurations. Maintains specific equipment for peak operating performance. Ability to effectively and safely use high reach equipment such as boom lifts and scissor lifts. High School diploma or technical certificate required as well as two (2) to four (4) years of engineering/mechanical experience. Position requires extensive walking and standing. Must possess accurate hearing and be capable of speaking clearly, operating 2-way hand-held radio and lifting/carrying/moving weights of up to 50 lbs. There is frequent overhead reaching and individual must be capable of climbing ladders, stairs and working in extremes of temperature, i.e. high heat and cold weather conditions. Must possess a valid driver's license.
