General Maintenance Tech (PM) - 2nd shift
: Job Details :

Assists other technicians in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems. Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner. Works on and completes all facility team-based goals. Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests. Other duties as required. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED - Craft training is preferred .-2 years. Methods and principles of general building maintenance. Must have a professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong work ethic. Good communication skills (oral and written). Must be punctual and dependable. Must have basic computer skills.
