We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to ensure our venues shine and provide exceptional guest experiences. If you have a knack for maintenance tasks and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Curb Appeal: Assist in making our venues tour-ready by enhancing their curb appeal.Routine Maintenance: Perform and oversee routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.Safety First: Identify, report, and correct safety hazards to maintain a secure environment.Special Projects: Assist with special projects that support our maintenance and operational goals.Guest Experience: Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional maintenance services at the venue level.Inventory Management: Maintain required inventory of materials to ensure smooth operations.Collaboration: Work closely with Operations Managers and Facilities Director to resolve maintenance and landscaping issues.Time Management: Efficiently schedule tasks using daily to-do lists, weekly schedules, and prioritize items requiring attention.Task Completion: Ensure all assigned tasks from the Facilities Director are completed promptly.Brand Ambassador: Reflect company values and serve as a brand ambassador at all times.Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in general maintenance.Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hours.Must be able to work independently and efficiently.Valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required.Tools Provided: Necessary tools will be provided to complete the job.Submit to a background & drug testCompensation & Schedule:Full-time: Monday - Friday (requirement: ability to work Weekends/Nights & Holidays as needed)$22 - $28 per hourBenefits:85% Employer-Subsidized Medical, in addition we offer Dental & Vision Insurance401k plan with a 4% MatchEligible for benefits, including accrued PTO.Gas stipend for driving between properties.Opportunity for growth within a supportive team environment.If you're ready to make a difference and contribute to the upkeep of our venues, apply today.
