Unit DescriptionSodexo is seeking a General Manager for Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer, MA. Nashoba Valley Medical Center is a community hospital serving 16 communities in North Central Massachusetts. In this role you will oversee patient and cafeteria food operations, partnering alongside with a dietician and Clinicial Nutrition Manager. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, but there are potential needs for weekends and holidays. At this location you are eligible for free onsite parking.The successful candidate will:have oversight of all day-to-day food operationssuccessfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staffensure delivery of high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operationsachieve company and client financial targets and goalsdevelop and maintain effective client and customer relationshipsensure HACCP, regulatory and standards complianceIs this opportunity right for you?
