Unit Description:

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at Novo Nordisk in Clayton NC! The current food operation consists of cafe, catering, micro-market and office coffee.

The General Manager 3 will be responsible for oversight and supports all facets of daily hospitality services. The General Manager will manage the client relationship, budget/finances for the operation, leading and developing the team of 5 hourly employees..

We are looking for candidates who have:

• experience managing a management team both front-of-house and back-of-house
• financial acumen, managing budgets
• culinary experience
• experience training and directing a talented and diverse staff
• innovation and ability to grow revenue and manage cost
• customer driven and strong track record in organizational development
• superior client relations skills and executive presence

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
