Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Food for Schools located in Connecticut. This role requires an openness to travel throughout the state and an openness to relocation based on business needs.

The successful candidate will:

  • have previous K-12 experience;
  • have an Associates Degree or higher;
  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • deliver high quality food service;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • develop strategic plans;
  • create a positive environment;
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's degree with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field.

Basic Management Experience - 3 years.

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience.
